What is Exercise physiology?
Exercise Physiologists (EPs) are university qualified allied health professionals equipped with the knowledge, skills and competencies to design, deliver and evaluate safe and effective exercise interventions for people with acute, sub-acute, chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities. EPs service many domains including chronic disease management referrals after having a diagnosis.
EPs are qualified and trained to assess your conditions and formulate treatment plans and exercise programming to suit your needs and goals, along with appropriate short and longer term planning for your optimal outcomes.
There are a wide range of reasons why a person may benefit from consulting an EP and some of the key services we can provide you with are;
- Design of exercise-based programs to prevent, treat, and manage health conditions including disease, injury, complex or chronic conditions
- Movement screening and assessments of functional capacity to measure your current capacity and function for activities of daily living, work & sport related activities to inform interventions and planning.

Nicole is the best physiotherapist I've seen. She is comprehensive in her assessment and holistic in her treatments. She has given me the knowledge and tools I need to support my body now and in the future. I've been dealing with sciatica from a herniated disk and at times the pain has had a severe impact on my life. After the first few sessions I feel better than ever. Couldn't recommend Nicole highly enough.

I had no idea just how tight all my muscles were & have come out feeling incredible. I would highly recommend Tina, she has magic hands & I have already booked in for my next visit.
